Day 1

  • 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Check-In at Dorm
  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM | Lunch
  • 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM | Session 1
  • 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM | Dinner
  • 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM | Session 2
  • 10:00 PM | Lights Out

Day 2

  • 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM | Breakfast
  • 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM | Session 1
  • 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM | Lunch
  • 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM | Session 2
  • 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM | Dinner
  • 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM | Session 3

Day 3

Lunch
Each wrestler should bring a cooler or have a plan to purchase something for lunch and dinner. We will have water, Gatorade, and small snacks for purchase. We do have a fridge to keep things cold throughout the day.

What to Bring

  • Plenty of workout clothes – Wrestlers should be pack enough for 2 to 3 work out each day.
  • Singlet – If they want to train in a singlet
  • Water Bottle – Although we have water fountains in the wrestling room, each wrestler is encouraged to bring their own as well.
  • Gear – There will be some GVSU Wrestling gear available for purchase.
  • Shower Supplies – There will be two shower facilities available between sessions. Please bring towels and necessary soap.

Open to any and all entrants; limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender.
