- 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM | Session 1
- 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM | Lunch
- 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM | Session 2
- 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM | Parent Pick Up
Day 2
- 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM | Check-In at Wrestling Room

Lunch
Each wrestler should bring a cooler or have a plan to purchase something for lunch. We will have water, Gatorade, and small snacks for purchase. We do have a fridge to keep things cold throughout the day.
What to Bring
- Plenty of workout clothes – Wrestlers should be pack enough for 2 to 3 work outs each day.
- Singlet – If they want to train in a singlet
- Water Bottle – Although we have water fountains in the wrestling room, each wrestler is encouraged to bring their own as well.
- Gear – There will be some GVSU Wrestling gear available for purchase.
- Shower Supplies – There will be two shower facilities available between sessions. Please bring towels and necessary soap.
Open to any and all entrants; limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender.
